The following is the Kingdom Pathways Director and Staff Leadership Team:

Mark Osborne, MN General Contractor, Program Staff Supervisor/Co-Dir.: (pictured 8th from left)
Mark has 20+ years of experience in leadership with our life recovering clients, leading a large recovery community at a nearby church for many of those years called Free Indeed. Mark has been a MN Licensed General Contractor for many of those years as well. Mark has is not only experience in leading in the area of life recovery, but also in the area of building construction and rehabilitation. Many of our men benefit from this in our job preparation and placement programs. Mark also benefits from having an African American wife, which enables Mark to promote unity among the races that Kingdom Pathways stands for. Mark is an ordained Pastor as well in his church and has an associated Masters Degree. Mark has become a leader of leaders at Kingdom Pathways, and has been working with our clients and staff now, day to day, for over 3 years.

Ardette Fritsche, RN: (pictured 2nd from left)
Ardette has served much more medically complex clients than those in need of service at Kingdom Pathways, for 30+ years. Ardette has been providing on-site services for our clients for the last 8 years, and has led and guided our staff in development of many on-site processes through that time. Ardette is very knowledgeable and and able to direct our team in all areas of resident medical health. Ardette is on-site at least 4 hours a week doing resident medical intakes and follow-ups, as well as medication distribution oversight.

Tim Blake, LP: (not shown in picture)
Tim has practiced in the area of Mental Health for the last 20 years, is a licensed Psychologist, has many years of both psychiatric assessment experience and one-on-one therapy experience. Tim is available on-site to assist in psychiatric assessments, staff training, and referrals as necessary, via contract with Canvas Health. Tim is an active participant in our multi-disciplined staff meetings every week at Kingdom Pathways and has been present now for many years, working daily with our clients. Tim provides the insight and direction our team needs in the area of Mental Health.

Diane Lightbody, MN Certified Food Service Mgr: (pictured 10th from left)
Diane has been a Certified Food Service Manager (CFSM) for 10+ years, with direct experience in housing for MICD men, including Midwest Challenge, Metro Hope, and the Micah House in Minneapolis. Diane provides our Director team the insight needed to ensure great food service for our men. Diane has been involved in the development and implementation of processes on site now, day to day, for over 3 years. The MN Department of Health and Second Harvest have audited Kingdom Pathways every year and we have gone over and above to provide excellence in this area.

Scott Warren, LADC, Clin. Suprv/Co-TD: (pictured 3rd from left)
Scott brings many years of experience from the prison system, having worked in programs at the MN Correctional Facility in Lino Lakes, MN. Scott also has a long history of outreach activities, including being the current outreach director at his church. Scott has an African American son, adopted at a young age, which enables Scott to be a leader in promoting unity among the races, something essential at Kingdom Pathways. In addition to being an LADC in prison system, Scott has been intimately involved in the development of a unique Chemical Dependency (CD) program for our homeless clients, and has been involved now in that effort, day to day, for 3+ years. Since clients come and go from property grounds every day, in an independence program assisting a difficult client base into the workforce, a very unique program was developed that has been effective. That program is HARM reduction approach with abstinence as its goal. Both the program and the way its implemented, is truly unique and effective.

Charles Balfour, ADC-T: (not shown in picture)
Charles is African American from Nigeria, with strong native African roots, and has led sessions with men at Kingdom Pathways for 8+ years, to discuss subjects from personal attitudes through life to job skills to inspire the clients to re-enter society as contributing and productive men. Charles is now an Alcohol and Drug Counselor on Permit with the State of MN and is a valuable member of our Chemical Dependency counseling team now as well, and has been in such capacity for over 1 year.

Leroy Carter, Core Staff: (pictured 7th from left)
Leroy provides 20+ years of management experience to our team. Throughout that time he has been involved in training clients similar to ours in building maintenance. Leroy also provides many years of recovery experience as he has been involved for many years in recovery groups at his church. Leroy has a strong heart for the men and is an ordained Pastor at his church. Leroy provides staff leadership in our meetings. Leroy serves on the 4 person On-Site Core Staff team that provides overall leadership to the operation.

Lisa Gerold, LADC: (pictured 5th from left)
Lisa provides Kingdom Pathways with experience with Methadone maintenance, having worked in that setting for years. A fraction of our clients are on Methadone at Kingdom Pathways, receiving doses at an outside clinic. Lisa also provides a strong heart for the men, with compassion and firmness. She is an active participant in mission activities at her church, as she assists the less fortunate. Lisa also has years of experience with disabilities, as she has been a special education teacher in the Minneapolis public schools for years as well. Lisa is a valuable part of our Chemical Dependency counseling team.

Sabrina Hedgley, LADC: (pictured 6th from left)
Sabrina provides experience from a variety of angles. Sabrina has been a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for years, demonstrating a strong heart for those with disabilities. Sabrina also has a Certificate as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and has years of experience there. Sabrina has been an LADC for over 1 year now, with many years operating as an ADC-T (since 2007). Sabrina has both an Associate's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Dependency.

Clayton Bell, Core Staff: (pictured 9th from left)
Clayton brings many years of residential program experience to our program. Clayton has successfully, "been there, done that," when it comes to transitioning from where our men have been to where we want the men to be (independent, successful). Clayton is a Pastor of a local church and provides morning on-site leadership in many ways. Clayton teaches life skills groups in the morning, as well as provides day to day on-site Program Staff functions. Clayton is a valuable member of our 4 person On-Site Core Staff team that provides overall leadership to the operation.

Moises Sanchez, Program Staff: (pictured 4th from left)
Moises provides our Hispanic outreach, along with Francisco Bautista, as well as outreach to our English speaking men. Moises is a gifted Pastor at this church. Moises has been on-site at Kingdom Pathways for 3+ years, providing evening and weekend leadership to our clients and other staff. Moises is active in our job placement program as well.

Moises provides our Hispanic outreach, along with Francisco Bautista, as well as outreach to our English speaking men. Moises is an ordained Pastor at this church, and is an Apostle over other Hispanic churches. Francisco has been on-site at Kingdom Pathways for 3+ years, providing evening, night, and weekend leadership to our clients and other staff.

Patrick Bruner, Program Staff, Fire Safety: (pictured 1st from left)
Pat is experienced in many areas, including safety, as he was a railroad engineer for many years, having to follow many safety related regulations. Pat was an elected road foreman for Locomotive Engineers Conductors and Trainmen, and was involved in ensuring many were adhering to many safety related regulations. Pat was also Railroad Manager for Canadian Pacific Railway. Pat provides weekly fire inspections of both our board and lodge properties each week. These self inspections are not required, but are done every week, generated from both the Minnesota and St. Paul Fire Codes. Pat is also a gifted cook as well, and helps there when needed.

George Wilson, Program Staff: (pictured 12th from left)
George has many years of experience in building construction and helped to train men such as those in our program. George has been on-site as night staff in our program for many years and is a valuable part of our team. His heart for our clients is strong, and his experience helps bring freedom, hope, and independence to our men.

Joe Nelson, Program Staff: (not shown in picture)
Joe has a mini-MBA in non-profit management, is trained in CPR, and has a strong heart for the men he serves in the evenings and weekends. Joe has been with Kingdom Pathways for 6+ years. Joe is from Liberia originally, and adds to our native African cultural experience.

Ed is another example on staff of a person who has "been there, done that," transitioning successfully from where our clients are to where we are hoping the men to be (independent, successful). Ed has been very active in outreach activities for many years, and has been on-site staff at Kingdom Pathways for 3+ years.

Eliza Toklah, Cook: (not shown in picture)
Eliza provides years of experience as a cook for our client base and others with disabilities. Eliza also has years of experience as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA). Eliza is from Liberia originally, and adds to our native African cultural experience.

Parrish Martin, Program Staff: (pictured, white cap, 11th from left)
Parish has many years of experience with at-risk youth, which has contributed to our team as many principles apply to the homeless population we serve as well. Parish provides evening and weekend on-site staff duties for our clients.

Earnest Barnes, Program Staff: (pictured 14th from left)
Parish has many years of experience with at-risk youth, which has contributed to our team as many principles apply to the homeless population we serve as well. Parish provides evening and weekend on-site staff duties for our clients.

James Williams, Program Staff: (pictured 13th from left)
James has many years of experience in residential staff leadership, as he has provided similar program staff functions at other facilities. James is a valuable part of our program staff team.

Dianna Martin, Administrative Assistant: (not shown in picture)
Dianna has experience in residential facilities, Department of Corrections (DOC) programs, and in other programs in many capacities, including administration. Dianna has been active in many related volunteer areas as well.

Zach Moran, Billing Processor: (not shown in picture)
Zach has been providing billing assistance for many years, and does so with attention to detail. The integrity this organization stands for is well modeled by Zach.
